Todo esto que os cuento en los párrafos anteriores viene a cuento por el comentario dejado por un lector, en el que añadía un enlace muy interesante sobre un viejo estudio en entomología realizado por la Universidad de Ohio en 1996 y centrado en la posibilidad de usar insectos como alimento para humanos (al final incluso sugieren alguna receta).
La tabla que os muestro a continuación me ha llamado especialmente la atención, ilustra perfectamente lo estúpido de algunos de nuestros prejuicios y realmente da que pensar.
