For those no able to read Japanese, here is an English synopsis of Toshi's message (made by me):
Toshi says X Japan's former manager approached him about six month ago with a request for a talk and because he felt that that guy had always been supportive of him, he finally agreed to that.
He adds that until now a great many people have approached him about the possibility of getting X Japan together again, but that he had never felt he wanted to (for a variety of reasons), but that the manager has been almost annoyingly persistent in keeping after him until he finally agreed to listen to his proposal.
"The other members want to do it, but how about you, Toshi?" is what he seems to have asked him, and come back with that question over and over and over again, until he finally decided if he - the manager - was that persistent, and after checking with Yoshiki, he now thinks he wants to give it a try.
Finally he also links to the blog post by Komuro for reference.

As for the Sugizo announcement, I read that, but the "newspaper" - the only one - it was published here, Sports Nippon or for short Suponichi, is one of those "sports news papers" (baseball, soccer and nude girls, if you know what I mean?) that isn't exactly the most reliable source of information so I'm not holding my breath on that one.

La verdad es que molaría la hostiasin Hide no será lo mismo, era el segundo más flipao pero aun asi...además con Dir en Grey de gira por Europe, lo mismo hacían gira mundial.
